Politique de remboursement
Because I make every item by hand in my studio, I cannot offer refunds. However, if you want to return the item in exchange for a credit, it can be returned unused within 30 days of purchase for a replacement piece at the shipper’s expense (you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as packing it safely for travel). Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. Broken or used returns sadly will not be eligible for a credit.
If the work has been commissioned and includes personalisation (custom inscription, stamp or other personalisation), you won't be eligible for a refund or credit.
All returns are at the sole discretion of My Hungry Valentine Ceramics Studio and we reserve the right to refuse any return. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Sale items and seconds
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items and items from the “seconds” section cannot be returned.
We only replace items if they are damaged, with photo evidence as you found them in the parcel when you opened it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send you the return address.
Please remember you are buying a handmade product, therefore slight variation in size, shape and especially glaze application are to be expected, and they are part of the beauty of the items. Photographs will not be of the specific item that you may purchase, but of one in the same clay, colour and design. I will of course do my very best to make sure that each piece is as close as possible to the original photograph.
To return your product, please send me an email at email@example.com and I will send you the return address (Madrid, Spain).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
